These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by G-War Systems & Software Pvt Ltd ("G-War Systems", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Description of Services

G-War Systems acts as an authorized reseller, consultant, and managed service provider for various enterprise IT solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Cloud & Email Services: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Workplace.
  • Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and NVMe Cloud Hosting.
  • Security: Quick Heal Endpoint Security, Seqrite, and Backup/Disaster Recovery solutions.
  • Custom Development: Website development, custom API integrations, AI Chatbots, and CRM Automation.

2. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

As a client of G-War Systems, you agree to use our services and the platforms we provision for you in a lawful and ethical manner. You agree not to:

  • Use the services to send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or distribute malware/ransomware.
  • Violate any local, national, or international laws, including data privacy and intellectual property laws.
  • Attempt to breach the security of the services, networks, or cloud infrastructure provisioned by us.
  • Share your administrative credentials with unauthorized third parties.

3. Third-Party Vendor Terms

When you purchase licenses for third-party services (such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure, Quick Heal) through G-War Systems, you are additionally bound by the respective End User License Agreements (EULA) and Terms of Service of those specific vendors. G-War Systems is not responsible for changes to features, pricing adjustments, or service outages originating directly from the third-party vendor.

4. Fees, Billing, and Renewals

We believe in transparent pricing. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

  • Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are indicative and exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST at 18%). Exact pricing will be provided via a formal quotation or invoice.
  • Payment: Invoices must be paid within the specified due date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services (including cloud instances and email hosting) if payment is not received.
  • Subscriptions & Renewals: Annual and monthly subscriptions will auto-renew unless you provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
  • Non-Refundable: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA), setup fees, migration fees, and custom development costs are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

Custom Code and Development: Upon full payment for custom web development, CRM automation scripts, or AI Chatbot configurations, the specific code and assets built exclusively for your business become your property. However, G-War Systems retains the right to use underlying, pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and foundational code for other projects.

G-War Systems Branding: The G-War Systems logo, name, website design, and proprietary documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of G-War Systems & Software Pvt Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, G-War Systems & Software Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data.
  • Server downtime or data loss not directly caused by the gross negligence of G-War Systems.

7. Termination of Services

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes on our website. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
